Shipping policy
Treasure Factory Co., LTD. offers international shipping via DHL.
Orders received Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days upon credit card approval and confirmation.
※We will ship as soon as possible. We can ship in 2-3 business days at the earliest.
We are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and New Year holidays. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping fees vary depending on the weight of the package and the country and address of the recipient.
If you order multiple items separately, shipping and other charges will be incurred for each order. If you order more than one item separately, each order will incur its own shipping charges.

Some areas may not be covered by the shipping service.

Failure to pay any duties, taxes, or fees will result in the package being abandoned, and we will not refund abandoned orders (including fees).
